30 Day Challenge FAQs

1. I forgot to take a photo during my 30 day challenge. Will you still accept my submission?

   Yes. We understand life gets busy; we will allow two “missed” photos within your 30 day challenge. Simply add on up to two days at the end of your challenge, then submit your 30 photos to us. If you miss more than two days, please reach out to the Help Desk (help@wooland.com) for additional instructions. 

2. I purchased the dress with a discount code or from a secondary seller (like eBay or a buy/sell/trade page), am I eligible for the 100 day challenge? 

   We will accept challenges with dresses purchased directly from our website only. Purchases with discount codes, reward codes, or mystery sale items are not eligible for the 30 day challenge. We will verify your order when we review your photos, prior to issuing a reward credit.

3. I bought my dress last year. Can I use it for the 30 day challenge?
   
   Items for the 30 Day challenge must be purchased in the same calendar year that the challenge is started. However, items purchased in the month of December may be used for a challenge the following year.  A new 30 Day Dress Challenge cycle will begin on January 1 of the following calendar year.

4. How do I wash and care for my dress throughout the challenge?

5. Can I alternate between multiple wool& dresses during the 30 day challenge?
   
   We love that you love our dresses, but this challenge is for one dress for the duration of the challenge.

6. I already participated in the 100 Day Dress Challenge. Can I participate in the 30 day challenge? 

   Yes! You can complete one 30 Day Dress Challenge per calendar year (and one 100 Day Dress Challenge total per customer). Please note that your previous challenge dress and reward dress are not eligible for the 30 Day Challenge. Your 30 Day Challenge dress must have been a full price purchase in the calendar year in which you begin your challenge. We cannot combine rewards from two challenges.

7. This is my first wool& challenge. If I love my first 30 days and want to keep going to 100 days, can I get both rewards?
   
   Welcome to wool&! We’re glad you are here. You are welcome to extend your 30 day challenge to 100 days to earn the $100 store credit, but you will receive only one reward (maximum of $100 credit.) View our 100 Day Dress Challenge information HERE.

8. I’ve finished my 30 days. What are the next steps?

   Please double check that you have at least 30 photos, then email help@wooland.com and include the link to your photos (this step is mandatory). Once we verify your photos and original order, we’ll send you a survey and $30 credit.

   Please note: it speeds up your verification process if you include your original order number and/or email address when you submit your photos. Please allow up to one week to receive your credit.

9. I wore my dress for 45 days. Does that mean my reward is $45?
   
   No, your reward will be $30 (unless you extend your first challenge with us up to 100 days, then you will receive a $100 reward. Rewards are not prorated).

10. Can I participate in the 30 day challenge later this year?

    You can complete one 30 day challenge per calendar year. Eligibility will reset on January 1st. Please note that your challenge dress must be purchased within the calendar year you begin your 30 Day Dress Challenge. If this changes, we’ll update the challenge journal post.

11. Can kids participate?
    
    Kids are welcome to participate if they fit into our adult-sized clothing. wool&kids items are not eligible. Please note that wool&kids items will not be restocked in the future.
