sincerely, wool&
Dear friends,
We’re starting a seasonal update where we share both a reflection of the last couple months, as well as a glance into the future about what’s to come for our company. It’s an opportunity for us to touch base and let you know what we’re working on. It’s important to us that you feel connected now more than ever.
As we work toward growing our brand, we simultaneously feel our wool& community getting stronger. We see it every day — from the photos of the 100 Day Challenge (we’ve had more than 200 women complete the challenge!), our customer reviews, Facebook, and comments on our journal entries. We are thrilled with all the excitement. Here are some updates from quarter three:
A few non-dress items
Need some warm base layers, say leggings and boy shorts? We’ve got you covered. Our leggings are designed to be worn under dresses and tunics. High-waisted, minimal seams, and a pocket at the waistband. Our do-it-all shorts are intended to be worn under dresses and skirts as a temperature controlled layering piece. They come with a unique feature—rotated grain line leg panels, so they won’t ride up. You can do anything active, or just lounge in both of these items. Both are coming in fall 2020.
Design, what?
A couple months ago, the idea of Design Studio was born. The concept was to invite feedback from our customers on what we should make next, similar to crowdsourcing. These styles may or may not be fully developed, but we welcome and consider all of your thoughts and insights. See below for examples of customers who have weighed in. We’ll write you back!
Sizing Update
We have at least 10 styles planned in Plus sizes for 2021 and we’re eager to expand the size range even further in the next 1-2 years. We’re considering all types of sizes such as more Plus (3x+), Petite, and Tall offerings.
100 Day Challenge
We’ve received a couple questions on whether this challenge is still happening, and it is! We don’t have plans to end it anytime soon. Make sure you sign up with your email before you start. Join in this community of people practicing thoughtful consumption and simple living.

We're in Australia!
We’ve sent a video crew to document our ranchers and our sheep as we partner with Australian wool producers, the McBride family this fall. By the end of 2020 we'll be making all of our dresses with wool from their farms. Stay tuned for more information (and footage!) on that.
You may have missed this:
We now make kids clothes, specifically girls dresses. Introducing the Little Rowena, our best-selling dress now for the little ones.
