Purchases made between November 1, 2021 and Dec 31, 2021 have an extended return period. These purchases may be returned by either January 10, 2021 or 30 days after delivery, whichever is later. All other terms of our standard “Return Policy” still apply.

Exchanging a gift? You will need original order number and billing zip code of the purchaser/gifter, then visit https://returns.wooland.com/ to complete your exchange.

Please note: Refunds must be made to the original payment method. Gift cards are non-refundable, and items listed as final sale are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
