100 Day Challenge FAQs

  1. I forgot to take a photo during my 100 day challenge. Will you still accept my submission?

    We understand that remembering to take a photo every day for 100 days is challenging. We will accept a completed challenge entry missing up to 5 photos. If you have one daily photo for at least 95 days of your 100 day challenge, you qualify for either your free dress or $100 gift card (dependent on when you bought your dress and started the challenge).

  2. I purchased the dress with a discount code, challenge reward code, or from a secondary seller (like eBay or a buy/sell/trade page), am I eligible for the 100 day challenge? 

    We will accept challenges with dresses purchased directly from our website only. Purchases with discount codes, reward codes, or mystery sale items are not eligible for our challenges. We will verify your order when we review your photos, prior to issuing a reward credit.

  3. What are some tips for caring for my dress throughout the challenge?

  4. Can I alternate between two or more wool& dresses during this challenge?

    We love that you love our dresses, but this challenge is for one dress for the duration of the challenge.

  5. Will I be able to get a second reward if I do the 100 day challenge again? 

    If you choose to wear your dress for 100 days for a second time, we won’t be able to issue you another reward. But congrats on doing the 100 day challenge twice, that’s amazing! If you want to continue challenging yourself, you can check out our other challenge options here. (Please note: our challenge rewards may not be combined.)

  6. What are my next steps when I finish the challenge?

    When you finish the challenge, please double check that you have at least 95 daily photos. Then, email help@wooland.com that you have finished the challenge and include a link to your photos (this step is mandatory!). Once we verify that you have at least 95 photos, we’ll send you a survey and your $100 credit.

    Please note: If you ordered your dress with a different email address than the one you are emailing us from, it speeds up verification if you can also include the original order number or email address from the original dress purchase in your email to us.

  7. When will I receive my $100 gift card?

    Please allow up to one week for us to verify your challenge and send your $100 credit.

  8. Can my daughter/granddaughter/niece/children in my life also participate in the challenge?

    Kids are welcome to participate if they fit into our adult-sized clothing. wool&kids items are not eligible. Please note that wool&kids items will not be restocked in the future.

  9. I already participated in the 30 Day Dress Challenge. Can I participate in the 100 day challenge?

    You can complete one 100 Day Dress Challenge one time total, so if you have not previously completed a 100 Day challenge, we invite you to participate whenever you like. Please note that your previous challenge dress is not eligible and items purchased with a challenge reward are also not eligible for a new challenge. Your 100 Day Challenge dress must have been a full price purchase at any time prior to beginning your challenge.
