2023 Do Good Contribution

One of our core values at wool& is to “do good”.

Historically we’ve donated to a single organization every year on Giving Tuesday, but this year we're empowering each team member to support a cause of their own choosing. We recognize that our dynamic cast of team members are all involved in their local community and have values that range from social justice, animal welfare, climate change, economic development and much more; as a company we support our team in making an impact in the channels that mean most to them.

We'll be splitting $10,000 amongst our 30 full time employees and contractors so each team member will be able to contribute $335. A few team members shared their plans:

My contribution will go to Plan International because I believe in the work they do to provide support, education, and empowerment to youths and children around the world. Especially their mission to center the equal rights of young women and girls, helping them achieve paths to independence and prosperity and avoid child marriage is deeply important.

The Bridget Inspires Grant was created in honor of my mom to support young female triathletes. My contribution will support this fund. I am a firm believer that participation in sport inspires confidence, resilience, and leadership in the next generation of women and am honored to see my mom’s spirit live on through this grant.
— Whitney, marketing team
When violence grips our communities and nations, it is often those with the least agency that are affected the most. That is why I would like to contribute to UNICEF, an agency of the United Nations that is responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide.
— Andrew, Warehouse Team
The Center for Suicide Awareness is a cause I’d like to support this year in memory of a friend that left us too soon & in honor of a family member that is still with us. May this gift help save lives.
— Rebecca, marketing team

Thank you to our customers for helping us achieve this impactful gift.
