HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
Shipping Deadlines (from US warehouse):
Standard domestic shipping within the U.S.: Noon PST December 17
Expedited domestic shipping within the U.S.: Noon PST December 19
International shipping from the U.S.: November 22
Expedited international shipping from the U.S.: December 9
Note: some locations closest to our warehouse in Portland, OR may receive orders faster than stated shipping deadlines.
Canada Update December 2, 2024:
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we anticipate significant shipping delays for orders to Canada. We are not able to provide an estimate for shipping times and cannot guarantee delivery in time for the holidays, as it may take some time for mail service to return to normal even after the strike ends.

Shipping Deadlines (from Europe warehouse):
You will receive a tracking number within three business days of purchase. You can expect your order in approximately 8-12 business days.
Note: some locations closest to our warehouse in the Netherlands may receive orders faster than stated shipping deadlines.
HOLIDAY RETURN DEADLINES
Purchases made between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 have an extended return period. These purchases may be returned by either January 10, 2025 or 30 days after delivery, whichever is later.
All other terms of our standard “Return Policy” still apply.
Exchanging a gift? You will need the original order number and billing zip code of the purchaser/gifter, then visit https://returns.wooland.com/ to complete your exchange.
Please note: Refunds must be made to the original payment method. Gift cards are non-refundable. Items listed as final sale (Warehouse Cleanout or Gift With Purchase items) are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
