Top Challenge FAQs

1. I forgot to take a photo during my Top Challenge. Will you still accept my submission?

   Yes. We understand life gets busy; you can miss up to one day per week. Simply add the extra day(s) at the end of your challenge, then submit your photos to us. If you miss more than one day per week, please reach out to the Help Desk (help@wooland.com) for additional instructions. 

2. I purchased my top through secondary seller (such as eBay or a buy/sell/trade page), am I eligible for the Top Challenge? 

   We will accept challenges with tops purchased directly from our website only. Purchases with discount codes or mystery sale items are not eligible for the 30 day challenge. We will verify your order when we review your photos, prior to issuing a reward credit.

3. I bought my top last year. Can I use it for the Top Challenge?
   
   Your challenge top must be purchased in 2022.

4. How do I wash and care for my top throughout the challenge?

   Please visit our Care Journal.

5. Can I alternate between multiple wool& tops during the Top Challenge?
   
   We love that you love our clothing, but this challenge is for one top for the duration of the challenge.

6. This is my first wool& challenge. Do you have additional challenges I can participate in?
   
   Welcome to wool&! We’re glad you are here. We also offer a 30 Day Dress Challenge and a 100 Day Dress Challenge.

7. I’ve finished my Top Challenge. What are the next steps?

   Please double check that you have 7 photos per week (three weeks maximum), then email help@wooland.com and include the link to your photos (this step is mandatory). Once we verify your photos and original order, we’ll send you a survey and your store credit.

   Please note: it speeds up your verification process if you include your original order number and/or email address when you submit your photos. Please allow up to three business days to receive your credit.

8. I wore my top for 4 weeks. Does that mean my reward is $40?
   
   No, your reward will be $10-30, depending on how many weeks you wear your top. Rewards are not prorated; you can earn $10 per week for up to three weeks.

9. Can I participate in the 30 or 100 Day Dress Challenges at the same time as the Top Challenge?

   One challenge at a time, please. You cannot complete multiple challenges simultaneously.
