Return Policy

Learn about our new update.

Our return policy, effective September 15th, 2022. Returns for a refund will be charged a $6 fee per order. Exchanges or returns for store credit will remain free.

We love that customers get to try wool& clothing in the comfort of their own homes, keeping only the items they absolutely love. Instead of raising prices, a return fee will help offset the higher than anticipated return costs and allow us to maintain our competitive prices.

If you’re curious, here are some ways to help us keep return costs down:

• Minimizing the time you spend trying on the item to reduce the opportunity for fragrance, odor, or pet hair to get on the item. (A good rule of thumb: treat the at-home try on period as if you are trying something on in a store.)

• If you know something needs to be sent back, return it to us as soon as possible. That way, the item won’t pick up the smells of your house— like that delicious garlic fried rice you had for dinner last night.

  
  

Items that have odor, signs of wear, or hair get sent to the wash (another expense) and then resold at a substantially lower price during our mystery sale. This is not sustainable from a business standpoint and from an environmental standpoint, it’s wasteful.

Lastly, we want to give a shout out to our warehouse and refurbishment team. Andrew, Danell, Eric, Kayla, and Will do an incredible job and we can’t thank them enough! If you ever want to share your appreciation with them, you can include a note with your return.
